A classified growth Bordeaux is not normally my Thursday evening tipple but for some unknown reason I felt a little like celebrating. This is drinking quite well right now. Nose opens with just a little air to show cassis and blackberry, leather, moist gravel, and a subtle graphite note. In the mouth, it’s got medium concentration, with soft but abundant tannins in the background and surprisingly good acids. In the drier side. Not a blockbuster or long ager, but quite elegant. — 9 months ago

Priced right and great to share with novice friends and family. Smooth and not too fruity — 4 years ago

On the lighter side. Had with mushrooms. It was nice. — 2 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a few hours. No formal notes due to the setting. The 2018 is a fairly classic expression of Beaucastel with a mixed bramble fruit set, underbrush, herbs and spices in lovely balance. Good structure. While still on the youthful side, the 2018 is already showing well and was an awesome accompaniment with a wagyu burger. Drink now through 2038. — 2 months ago
Best Riesling ever! Mellow with soft fragrance reminiscent of the Mosel Valley! On the sweeter side, but perfect for our Dal & Parathas! — 10 months ago
