Unscrewed 2 nights ago, in the fridge ever since. On the nose: loads of lime, a hint of underripe peach, citrus blossom, wet stone. On the palate: excellent acidity, lime, wet stone, ok density, bitter herbs and slightly clipped finish. Not bad. — 4 years ago
