Found in a wine shop in bigfork, Montana. On a two week trip we bought 3 bottles. Good acid, not too heavy or thick, no oak taste,, perfect with food — 4 years ago
Doing a Silverado Vineyards wine dinner on the Sky Princess. What a fabulous group of 12 diners. Always makes the wine taste better. Remembering our visits to the Silverado facility in Napa Valley. — 9 months ago
A brilliant vintage for this wine. A top 5 Crozes. Easy. Spice, game, some funk, blueberry, black berry, black cherry, huge granite and even some wilted flowers. Young but tasty palate of dazzling granite and velvety tannins and engaging energy from the minerality. Terrific power, depth and concentration. Needs 5 years. So long and such beautifully defined fruit on the incredibly long finish. Really rich and dark. Awesome. Wait 5 years. As this opens the balance becomes superb. Almost a 9.4. I’ll be back. — 4 years ago
Dark and spicy aroma with a thick and unwinding complexity of granular tannins and stinging finish… an absolute powerhouse with layers on layers of intricacies. Tasting notes of dried rose petals, allspice and cake finish alone can’t fully describe. — 10 months ago

This wine was magical. All of their wines are delicious — 4 years ago
Love the varietal just not sure about this wine is the penultimate expression. Takes some time to open up but once flowered it’s nice. A bit fruity but not overly so which is a plus for me. Smooth with a nice finish. — 4 years ago
