18 months in French oak then an additional year in bottle.
Very floral with black cherries, lavender and toasty oak.
Think Burgundy with a hint of earthiness.
Tannins and acidity are blending well to make a soft and silky mouthfeel.

A gorgeous Vernaccia!! — 11 years ago
An absolute stunner from a small family owned Canadian producer in BC’s Thompson Valley just outside Kamloops. Fabulous layering, clean crisp, slightly tart taste with long legs revealing a hint of toasted oak and vanilla finish. “Barrel fermented in French oak then rested for an additional year in the bottle” this Chardonnay is top tier. Cheers 🍷🇨🇦 — 7 years ago
