100% Sauv Blanc, Quincy and a hint of minneola peel, some taste of kumquats, lemon meringue and nice acidity. Medium mineral and refreshing and great pairing with ceviche. — 2 years ago

Nose has freshly mowed field, spring rain, light salinity, grapefruit peel and white florals.
Palate has refreshing tart (medium) lemon/grapefruit blend, wet grassy notes and great Kimmeridgian core.
Great QPR, Quincy is a wonderful alternative to Sancerre, and well worth a market search. A lightly imported AOC, but also be on the lookout for Menetou-Salon and Reuilly, which neighbor Quincy to the East and West, respectively. — 7 years ago

An unconventional white blend from a 4th Growth Chateau on the left bank of Bordeaux.
70% Sauv Blanc, 30% Sémillon, provides a feast of Quincy and lemon peel aromas and flavors. Light and refreshing, young and lively. Dry, and some mineralized mouthfeel. Less than a 1,000 cases produced. Lovely! — a year ago

fresh white wine with a smoked taste. Superbe. — 9 years ago
An abundantly crispy, well-textured citrus scented, and lemony zingy driven, palpable floral notes with hints of ripe Quincy pear. Bone dry, eminent acidity on the palate. Great summer wine that pairs exceptionally with seafood, veggies dishes with creamy sauce, or even raw fish like sashimi and sushi. Never disappoints! — a year ago
Excellent red berries, balanced acidity and silky tannins. Enjoyed with a beautifully prepared Pepes Ikan at Quincy. — 2 years ago

Sancere style. High mineral. A little sweeter than acidic, but drinking from a bottle that Lana Sr opened yesterday. — 6 years ago
Very crisp and pleasantly acidic. Very good for the price — 8 years ago
Would never have guessed this was sauv blanc. Nose is like a Chenin / not getting any grass. More quincy wax — 8 years ago
I don't know how to describe the smell. Tone of cassis, a small tone of tannins and a mineral background. Not too intense. — 9 years ago

This is delicious. We bought at Highlands wine shoppe. Shocked its 100%sauv blanc. Has a rounder, more lush creamy mouthful. Need more. — 10 days ago
