1990 Dom Perignon Rose Champagne. Virtual date w B&KK, J&LB, and R&GB. It’s prob getting to the end of its life. Not a ton of bubbles but still delicious. — 6 years ago

1968 Lopez de Heredia. HB w J&L B and J&J Koz. Wet cork broke apart, so we filtered and decanted. Still had fruit in it, though it was a bit thin in the finish. Went completely flat after abt an hour. — 7 years ago

2000 Hubert Lignier Clos de la Roche Cuvée Lucie. Dinner at H&H w H&J R. Didn’t decant. Was standing up for a week which made the wine so clean. Perfect. — 8 years ago
