Wow what a performance. In combination with a beautiful grilled steak. So young and so alive. Merci a vous Daniel Ravier. Perfect in balance, smooth tannines and the lenght of taste is unbelievably long. For us THE best Cabassaou ever! — 3 years ago

Jean Paul Daumen 2016: Imagine taking a stroll through a whimsical French garden, with each sip revealing layers of flavor like a treasure hunt for your taste buds. It's as if the grapes themselves orchestrated a symphony of deliciousness in this bottle. With its charming complexity and tantalizing finish, it's an 8.9 out of 10 enchanting delight that'll have you saying "oui, s'il vous plaît" for another glass! — 9 months ago

Aerate at least an hour, if you are not used to natural wines. Beautiful dark dress. Rich Malbec nose: plum-like black fruits, fatty animal notes of leather, floral and herbaceous touches. Palate: fresh and juicy, supple with volume. The first sips suggest a short wine; but finely chopped tannins unfold and well with a return to fresh fruit. A very fine thirst-quenching wine, both accessible and deceptively simple.
— 4 years ago
Dense ruby dress. Candied, roasted, spicy nose. In the mouth it is thick, with a soft touch. Notes of candied fruits, dried raisins, prune, cocoa, vanilla, caramel, licorice, mocha, flowers and perfumes.. great aromatic intensity. Do you like modern wines on purity and not very interventionist? It's pretty much the opposite! Can be associated with cheeses of character, as well as desserts. Last but not least, it is a wine that is self-sufficient and appreciates itself very well.
Robe rubis dense. — 2 years ago
Magnificent bottle, the color is dark gold. Pastry and a touch of almonds, lots of white fruits, juicy ripe pears in particular that come out also on the delicious palate, fresh, fine and tight bubbles, slightly creamy, vivid acidity and freshness, lots of energy, very good bottle. 93-94
Magnifique Champagne, couleur or prononcée. 93-94 — 4 years ago

Popped and poured; no formal notes. This is Vincent Couche’s multi-vintage cuvée, made in the traditional Champagne method but uses Pinot Noir from Molesme and Chardonnay from 1er-cru Chablis. It’s aged in a combination of amphora and oak. As you might expect, this is bright and laser cut with lemon and lime citrus. Loads of minerals. Great acid. Nerdy and makes for a great aperitif. — 2 months ago
