Had a bottle at Whispering Vine in Reno. A nice Cab/Shiraz. A bit of plum, grape, and stewed fruit on the nose with some pepper on the bud. Nice tannins with a bit of sediment. Overall a nice wine that wine well with our South Creek Pizza Shuffle Truffle pizza. — 2 years ago

Mineral fleshly and interesting
The wine is made with 100% Famoso grape variety which i had never heard about before my trip to the Casentinesi Forest a couple of weeks ago
The wine is peculiar, it was kept on its lees for 12 months which gave it a bit of body, but had no oak
I enjoyed its mineral character

Really nice white wine. Not as funky as I thought it would be. Notes of honey and elderflower but not sweet. Not really dry, just very enjoyable. Slightly effervescent. Had with the dal/spinach recipe from Bon App. Purchased from Craft in Reno. — 3 years ago
