3 Years Snow Aged Junmai Ginjo Sake

I’m not sure I can tell what is the difference between the 3yr and older versions but I’m pretty confident that side by side you will like the longer age. It’s subtle but evident and I didn’t think that right off the bat. — a month ago

Wakatake Onikoroshi (Demon Slayer) Junmai Ginjo Sake

This is a nice sake. This is a “mag” but I think the aromatics are diminished due to the age of the bottle or the chill I have in it. I’m just not getting much. To me the flavors are great and I’m not surprised it’s got an SMV if +\- 0 it’s like drinking water. Little alcohol on the backend. — 3 months ago

Label said it went with spicy food and I agree. Loving it with Thai.
