@Ron R @Buddy G @Patrick Schultz thank you for all of your good advice! I picked this one for the region, per your advice. It was very earthy at first with lots of acidity. Tonight, it’s so very smooth with lots of fruit on the palate. I will continue to follow your advice and try some other ones. Cheers! — 4 years ago
Delicious. Naked grape with Schultz — 8 years ago
Beautiful in all senses. Reminds me of the 2012 vintage when I fell in love with this Trousseau Gris. Awesome stuff @Scott Schultz !!! — 8 years ago
2017 GSM from @jolielaidewines doesn’t disappoint, carrying the usual deliciousness that seems to plague everything Scotty Schultz touches. Boysenberry and blueberry and chopped herbs all have a sweet / saline juiciness that grabs you by the scruff of the neck and says, no really, have another glass. Really. — 5 years ago
Another special wine from @Scott Schultz - Syrah led blend but the Grenache and viognier shine through. Beautiful dark fruit with complexity. Amazing wine for the price! — 6 years ago

Oh, Syrah, Such misunderstood brilliance. Especially in the hands of @jolielaidewines, where it becomes tangy, salty blackberry and sour cherry, wild thyme and wet redwood bark layered over crushed stone. Fabulous stuff clocking in at a mere 12.8% alcohol for all its cool-climate glory. If I’ve said it once I’ll say it a million times, everything Scotty Schultz touches turns to gold. In the bottle anyways. — 4 years ago
