Paired with grub at Maggie’s, we enjoyed the energy and structure to this red meat dance partner. In a general way, this had that cherry coke silhouette. A great restaurant offering :) — 5 years ago
Small producer/buyer making quality wines in San Diego. This sparkling wine is light with stone fruit and a dry finish. — 2 years ago
Smooth with some spice. Full bodied and complex for a Pinot.

A silhouette of violets, dandelion tea, and dark sour cherries usher in angular acidity and firm, addictive tannins. Firm bodied with balanced doses of minerality and sassafras bark. Equality across the palate. Delicious and a stand-up performance of a Beaujolais-Village quality level. #vintageonthecork — 8 years ago
Silhouette Brunch-Style Sour IPA with Strawberry and Lemon. 5% ABV — 2 years ago
This wine is just like Jean-Jacques Morel's silhouette, which is very French and a little unkept. Unmanicured. This is not traditional Bourgogne Blanc of crisp acid and peppered oak. This is Chardonnay in ripe and wild form. Free spirited and behind a nondescript label, there’s an aspect of ironic cool and I could see natural wine shops selling this for $50+ if only they knew Jean-Jacques ever existed.
Glowing unfiltered hay. Aromas of lemon curd and fresh bright pineapple with a hint of vanilla. There's VA but it works. Salty sour flavors of apricots and peaches with a persistent finish. — 2 years ago

See previous notes from about a year ago. Enjoying this visually bright light straw bail color. Chardonnay from Burgundy. Taste is an oily chalky feel on the palate. Peach, lemon-lime and apple are dominant fruits with a mineral dry coconut med dry finish finish. Yummy! Enjoying on a beautiful silhouette night in Napa. — 2 years ago
