The halo on the photo describes the nose. Gorgeous. Alongside some incredible wines this shines. A gregarious lush nose with red fruit, roses and soft luscious finish. Gorgeous — 2 days ago

Les Perrières Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Beautiful color. Burn copper around the rim. Nose of pomegranate, tart red cherry, dusty minerals, dry dirt, old cellar. Dusty tannins dry out the mouth quickly. Really delicate and quickly fading acidity. Palate has the dusty minerals, sand, tart red fruit, tree bark. The tannins tell me wait another 1-2 years, but the acidity says drink. The drying tannins hide the palate a bit. — 4 months ago

A mind blowing noise. Gorgeous plush fruit. Plum and exotic blue fruit. Complex and seductive. Beautiful balance on the palate. Great tension with a bit of salt and a lovely long luscious finish. Pretty and intense. — a month ago

Clos de la Bergerie Savennières Roche aux Moines Chenin Blanc 2016

Outstanding, showing primary and tertiary 50/50, lovely yellow and white fruits, salinity, some oxygen taking hold, florals, lanolin, and excellent acidity drives this into a long, complex finish. — 2 months ago
