The 2019 Lafite-Rothschild is a mesmerizing wine that shows how compelling the vintage is on the Left Bank. Elegant, creamy and exquisitely layered, the 2019 Lafite conquers all the senses. There is tremendous density and power that belies the 12.8% alcohol, but then again, that can be the magic of Bordeaux. Classic Lafite red plum fruit, spice, cedar, licorice and rose petal linger on the striking, persistent finish. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, February 2022)

Surprisingly smooth and mellow. It’s nice for a blend and would buy again. Plus I like bourbon. — 7 months ago
Apropos for Halloween!!! A dark blood crimson color. Nose — fills the senses with blackberry-cassis fruit, classic Bordeaux aged perfume and earthy notes followed by a slight barnyard funk, chard cedar wood and toasted vanilla. Taste - red cherry plum and cedar with pepper spices, and a jammy graphite mineral dry long finish. A medium bodied wine with the tannins still present giving it more years to age and surprising new flavors that can develop. Happy Halloween 🎃 ! Luv the label!!! — 3 years ago
Very well done. Although a big wine, not overpowering. Sweet, smoky blueberries with a wild touch. Nice savory notes. Young now but has great potential. — 8 months ago
Very nice, but fairly typical cold weather Pinot noir. Could easily be Oregon, could be Swiss. Really quite nice. — 2 years ago
Not sure how many people are aware of this Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir. If you are not I would highly recommend you check it out. Medium acids with earthy fruit and somehow very rich. I really enjoy this wine. — 3 years ago
