Fort Ross Seaview Bordeaux blend. Old world style. Truffle, cedar & cassis nose. Fresh style on the palate. Drinks more Super Tuscan than Bordeaux. Black currant & tobacco, but loads of fresh acid. Drinks great with a pork ragu & pasta. Definitely one to seek out. — 5 years ago

This wine is still giving everything wonderful. No sign of any age. Full body. Complex. Lingering finish. I just love that it’s a $30something bottle that can stand next to much more expensive bottles. — 3 years ago
Unctuous and beautiful showing wine straight away. Burgundian in style and notes-reminiscent of a Cote De Nuits. Great balance and acidity with dark fruit, cassis and ripe plums. Really, really nice. — 6 years ago

Boom delicious! Seems when you work hard all week, you deserve a reward; and here it is! Big fan. — 2 years ago
Opens up with floral, strawberry and red berries notes. Upon first taste some strawberry and subtle watermelon, nice acidity going. Medium body and leaning towards the dry spectrum of wines. A bit of a bite at the end but not offensive. Perfect summer wine, had it alongside some fresh ceviche — 5 years ago
