「アルジェニーナ」の畑は南、南東、南西向き斜面で石灰質土壌。収穫後、ステンレスタンク内で10〜15日間のマセラシオンを行い、ステンレスタンクとオーク樽（15ヘクトリットル）の併用で14ヶ月熟成を行っています。
とのことで、とても綺麗な自然派ワイン。赤系、黒系果実と熟れた果実、熟成からくる第３アロマ、皮革、キノコ、タール等。SVらしい酸の高さとタンニン。2000円台前はと思えぬ非常に良いワイン
