Pale lemon in colour. Herbal, with a bit of petrol, and lime on the nose. Fresh sage, gooseberry, and soft fennel notes on the palate. Medium acidity with the fennel/licorice lingering on the palate,coming around to ripe mandarins. — 4 years ago

Unique sparkler from Sicily! Really like this. Crisp citrus and yellow apple with volcanic minerals. Strong bubbles, with a dry sherry finish. Zero dosage, but still some sweetness and tang from the fruit. One of the most interesting and tasty Champagne alts I’ve had recently. Happy Mother’s Day! — 5 days ago
