A nice light red for summer. — 8 years ago
Semi-sweet, medium body, plum and berry, good on its own or with a charcuterie plate. — 8 months ago
Very good. But I prefer the single variety Shiraz over the blend. I don’t think cab adds to AUS Shiraz, quite honestly. 😎🇦🇺 Note that I am rating the Vetus Purum reserve wine. Delectable just cannot classify it right. — 2 years ago
There is mineral and grass when you smell this before tasting, but there is none when you take a sip. It has a light floral fruity note - think pears. Light and clean finish (not crisp - acidic). An excellent choice for pasta and salmon (tried and true). Great for someone who loves an airy, ethereal summer night wine. — 10 years ago
A selection of Tempranillo grapes matured in French & American oak barrels for 12 months. — a year ago
Delicious Shiraz from Barossa. Smooth with a long finish. Powerful fruit and elegant structure. Love the notes of cassis. So far this is the best of my AUS 23 in-country tasting tour. — 2 years ago
