#Vinitaly2014 Solaris (a variety with high resistance to diseases) grown in Val di Cembra, Trentino. Then, is a sparkling "frizzante" (2.5 bar), with very low sulfites, great technology and you can choose how to drink it: shaking it or not. Great fun, and great respect for serious oenology dedicated to "natural" approach to winemaking. — 12 years ago
