Fabulously seductive: Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir have an Italian princess! — 5 years ago
D’Angelo Brigante Lucano Basilicata IGT 2017: A youthful & fruity blend of Aglianico, Merlot & Primitivo, displaying bright red fruits, soft tannins and a quick, short finish. Not lacking flavors whatsoever, however I still wanted more depth & texture which will come over time as this wine evolves toward maturity. Glad I still have 2 more bottles to cellar! Overall, a great wine, perfect with pizza and a nice QPR! Cheers🍷 — 6 years ago

Yum! Fully mature and delicious — 5 years ago
A black cherry, chocolaty number that as weird as it seems I thought was just perfect in the D'Angelo winery garden in the searing heat with the kids playing about in the water spritzers, dogs lazing, and the conversation flowing. A great memory! — 6 years ago

Just lovely taste — 6 years ago
— 7 years ago
Spectacular. Couldn’t drink enough of this. Rich, smooth and round tannins, typical of a great noble Aglianico. — 8 years ago

100% Sangiovese. Bright garnet color with ruby highlights. Light aromas of red berry fruit, fresh violets, leather and wet soil. Flavors of red cherries and bramble berries, tobacco roasted nuts and savory spices. Long on the finish and very bright acidity. Soft texture and medium-minus bodied. Silky tannins. Improved with aeration. Delicate wine that was a pleasant sipper and starter wine. Thanks for the bottle Kase. The group enjoyed this one. — 2 days ago
