"Les Voisins" Anderson Valley Pinot Noir 2016

This is not the most complex wine in the world, but it’s clean and true and aged perfectly. 12.9% made by Wells Guthrie. My local shop is selling it marked down from $40 to $20. F’n A — 2 years ago

Baker Ranch Anderson Valley Syrah 2016

12.4%. On the lighter side. Still fresh. Nice wine but maybe this vineyard isn’t really a killer. Possibly the first syrah I’ve had from AV?? I’ve had several of Wells Guthrie’s other 2016 Syrahs and they’re all great. This one didn’t knock me out. — 3 months ago
