Hong Kong wine enthusiast by route of New York City and SF Bay area. Big fan Russian River Valley Pinot and German Riesling.
I’m a big fan of the Suisun Valley and Mankas Corner. But it is hot. Seems like no place for Pinot. And this was hot out of the bottle… I think it’s 14.5. But decanted it settled down and was a good big Pinot. — 25 days ago
Black fruit, a bit of spice and tappenande under and over a very elegant weave. Avec T-Bone. — a month ago
Good. Can’t say I found a lot of Sonoma Pinot character. Started off a bit hot. But did blow off. — 6 days ago
Complex and changed quite a bit in the glass… but a little too much tea for me. Even went thru a bitter rhubarb stage. Interesting nonetheless. — 25 days ago
Beautiful wine. Bargain. Gotta love a good Vacqueyras. — a month ago
Pretty.
Glassy Cherry leather stone.
Too pretty. Could use some more personality as it matures. Half bottle. — 3 months ago
Best Wine at Whole Foods under $25. Clean Syrah. Like Cote Rotie’s ‘Mercian cousin…. “French fries, French bread, French dressing”… — 19 days ago
2020. Good outside with burgers and hot dogs on the grill… but drank slightly hot… and not as QPR as past vintages. — a month ago
Decent pizza wine. Had enough oomf to meat the spicy sausage. Taste Italian. The label stickers with accolades are somewhat laughable… — a month ago

Very nice Aussie Chard. Medium to high acidity. Citrus, floral, slight vanilla. Low on the butter oak scale. — 4 days ago
