Happy Friday! Before we celebrate the coming weekend, we want to look back on drinks the Delectable community enjoyed and consumed this week. We've gathered a handful of reviews and notes that caught our eye. From detailed notes to standout photos, the Delectable community was busy this week, and there are so many great posts to read. Mark your favorites and pick up a bottle to try this weekend. Cheers!
Very lean on the nose, red rocks and Syrah-like olive tapenade. Brambly black fruit, vanilla (a hint, would never guess it’s 100% new oak), a core of cassis. Tannins are still quite grippy. — 3 years ago
Blackberry jam, green and black pepper, olives, salami, violets, lavender, and deliciousness. Develops over 2 hours. Stunningly deep and rich, could age much much longer. — 3 years ago
Smoky black and red berries, pencil shavings, potting soil, and slightly bitter dark chocolate. Firm structure that needs food. Long dry finish. I very rarely drink Bordeaux but this was recommended and really delivered. — 3 years ago
Is there a better rosé out there? Seriously, let me know if you have a suggestion because this stuff is flames and hits at just 11.5 ABV which is arguably the most important quality in a pink wine. — 3 years ago
