The #11 is having some issues with aging. Edges are quite faded and the alcohol was very present on the nose as well as the palate. Menthol and chocolate were the dominate notes with some ripe fruit. A profound and ripe nose driven by black and blue fruit. Alcohol is present but not overwhelming. The palate had med complexity but was quite tight with a sturdy structure. This is an extremely impressive #chardonnay with a profound nose that is full of spice, flowers, and perfectly ripened fruit. The palate is tight but just as complex and exciting as the nose. Med + acid, med + alcohol that is well integrated. Oak is present but in an appropriate way.
