Amazing proof that vintages do not matter sometimes. Elegant, persistent, yet solid as a rock. The nose was like a beautiful perfume, elegant, but complete with good hang time. Graphite, currants, fresh cut flowers, and fall leaves rise from the glass and caress the palate. Medium to firm tannins are starting to mellow. #montrose #stestephe #bordeaux — 11 years ago
