Like an old classic dusty library book. Musty dried flowers and fruits. Earthy. Tobacco and spice.

Young Nebbiolo. Quite good. Opening up nicely. And perfect pairing with traditional Gulasch home cooked by Oma.

Classic and accessible, this combines juicy cherry fruit with fragrant flowers and some carbaceous qualities. Wonderful structure, but approachable and open. Lots of elegance and finesse and really delivers with winter stews.

I know it’s a young’n. But the brightness was good with osso bucco. Bigger ABV for a langhe than I am used to. But enjoyable non the less
