Having a bottle of Amavi Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 at Copper Whiskey Bar & Grill in Bozeman, MT with my son who we came to visit. The nose took a few minutes to present it's self with notes of black cherry, black currant, and earthiness. On the first sip I am getting blackberry, the black currant, and black pepper. The tannin is medium+ and the acidity medium+ with a medium finish. The restaurant price for this is $58 bones.

Great value from Walla Walla. Will only improve with some time in bottle. Concentrated, bright acid, integrated tannins.

Still needs to develop further. High acid and alcohol. Structured, dark dry fruit. Opened up after an hour.
