This was very enjoyable and it also seemed to continue to open. Yeasty notes with flowers, cherries, pepper and the taste had some spice.

Nose - wet mulch, wood, petrichor and lilacs. Main flavors - plums, blackberries and that taste you get from the stones in fruit. A touch of acid with a little bit of a tannic dry finish but not over dry. Body - medium.
