Lovely and bright sumptuous bramble-cherry delight. Minimal tannins, yet lingers luxuriously on the tongue. Pungent fruity nose with an alcohol overtone.

A nice elegant cab that really blossomed in the glass. Luscious black cherry, dark chocolate, vanilla hints that really measured up to the nose profile.

No Hope here! Paso Robles Is just a fantastic Cab. From the very first taste and the wisp of the nose you know this rich and wonderful Cab is going to light up your taste buds. Enjoyed with prime ribeye!

Solid. Good Paso Robles character. Distinct from Napa and Sonoma as it shows more herb, plum, earth. It was advertised with a 9.7 rating which had me scratching my head a bit.

Always loved Paso Robles cabs; and Austin has surely delivered! Very dark ruby color, deep bold fruity opening which the region known for.. smooth long oak and green leaves.. almost velvety.. Love it; first time tasting and immediate fan; will stock up.
P.S. Will age well.
