Quite complex and Vibrant! Aromas of asphalt, forest floor, leather, garrigue and bramble berries. Palate is still full of cooked black cherry/raspberry fruit with hints of baking spices, balsamic vinegar and grilled herbs. Touch of pepper spice and smoky oak on the medium/long finish. Tannins are still quite firm and the acidity is still quite crisp. Nicely balanced and really enjoyable.

Italian smooth and lovely red. Aroma is fresh berry and apples in the sun. It’s balanced and complex. The things that age brings. Harmonic and easy to enjoy. This is how kinda how wine is perfected in Italy. Hills and fruits. Mountain air and the best of the rocks and fruits.

Need an hour to open up and soften the acidity. Beautiful red fruit, very balanced, lovely wine. Had it with oven roasted whole chicken with a side of rappini.
