Dark ruby in color, almost Inky, with a short brick rim. Not showing age at all.
Strong nose of of blackberries, cooked cherries, figs, raisins, vanilla, cedar, licorice, cola, coffee, Indian spices, peppercorn, tobacco and dark chocolates.
Full-bodied and bold with medium acidity.
Dry and very fruity on the palate with blackberries, black currants, plums, cooked cherries, cedar, vanilla, spices, espresso, cola, light herbs, peppercorn, pencil lead, dark coffee, dark chocolates, earth and licorice.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a gorgeous 15 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from the great 2007 vintage. Opulent, spicy and elegant. Rich and extracted.
Showing great complexity and a gorgeous mouthfeel. Well balanced and fruit forward.
Good right out of the bottle, but oh so much better after 3 hours of airtime. Please be patient, it is so worth it.
Has a teeth staining color, so not a good choice for a first date. You're welcome 😊

has 10 to 15 years in it. This is fantastic and delicious.
Good by itself or with food. I paired it with a beautiful piece of steak.

Second of two never-tried before bottles, and it was as enjoyable as the other varietal. Beautiful color, and a perfect balance of fruits, and spices. A subtle, elegant complement to cioppino.

We had the 2007 Vintage on 6/14/20. A bouquet of dark fruit and mocha. Blackberry, black cherry, mocha and the Rutherford dust on the palate. A smooth finish to a full bodied, New World wine. Still great despite a dried cork.
