Delicious Jura Chard, made in the non-oxidized style. On the nose a touch of grilled bread, wet rocks and lemons. In the mouth, a perfect amount of funk, lemons and toast. Great acidity. Could age for quite a while longer, but nice now.

Definitely not the oxidized style of white Jura that I'm really not a fan of. Lemons, wet slate, a hunt of anise, and a subtle red Burg-like funk. Nice acidity, and well balanced overall. Went well with tuna steaks! Interesting wine with a good QPR. For you Dr. Jura :P
