Winery started in 1999 by Dr John and Karen Bergstrom. Medium Ruby with ripe berry fruit flavors, some tea, floral and spice notes. On the palate, cherry, cranberry and raspberry flavors with herb and citrus notes. Fine grainy tannins on medium+ finish ending with slight bitter saline character. Now!

Always strong, but lacks the depth and texture from previous vintages. Will cellar and may improve. More acid than tannin. Tilts towards tart as opposed to sweet.

Vivid ruby. Musky cherry and red currant aromas, along with hints of botanical herbs and allspice. Gently chewy and focused on the palate, offering bitter cherry, red berry, spicecake and licorice flavors that turn sweeter through the back half. Dusty tannins add shape and grip to the long, spicy finish, which leaves cherry pit and baking spice notes behind. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, February 2022)

Cherry, black current and berries on the nose. Soft tannins. Slightly fruit forward. Delicate, and very smooth.

Medium ruby/purple color. Aromas of candied cranberry, violets, rose petals (beautifully floral) and herbs. Red fruits galore on the pallet (including huckleberries) along with mushroom and black tea. Flinty and spicy finish. Nice crunchy texture snd beautiful structure. Medium bodied with long lasting acidity. Simply terrific!

Dark ruby. Nice dark fruit nose followed by a strong palate of cherry vanilla forest floor. Long smooth finish. Excellent Oregon Pinot from a great Oregon producer

Medium ruby color. A nicely balanced wine with some complexity given its youth. Cherry and raspberry with a hint of forest floor predominate on the nose and palate. Smith finish with nice acidity. This is a nice Pinot and should age well. I bought this wine after reading Daniel Drakes review. I have other wines from Bergstrom which is a solid Willamette producer.
