Oak and smoke overtones. Not as strong as a mescal but it is smoky. I taste a slight nutty, black fruit tea aftertaste. It has some minerality and a hint Asian pear. It does not have a viscous mouthfeel and goes down smooth but but is not sweet.

Reminded me of old school Sbragia Beringer Chards. What I liked was it wasn't overly oaky, overly creamy, overly buttery, overly anything... this baby bear was just right.
