Mag. Yeah yeah I know French wine on the 4th. Whatever all bets are off this year. Much like our country this has a long way to go. We almost got to the bottom before it started to uncoil, until then a very coy customer. Very pale in the glass, plenty of body but steely. Lemon pith, stone, clementine, herbed butter, exotic spice, grapefruit, quinine and very distinct menthol note on the finish.

Minty and fresh. Bright lovely stuff on the nose. Loads of zip and great acid. The fruit is lovely too. The wood is resolving. This is young but has huge potential

Nov 24th, 2019A cool nose of oyster shells, lime, cool wet stone. On the palate fresh and vivid with a lovely bright front and fine acidity. Still young but very pure and delicious.

Complex, complex,complex. Medium bodied with saturated bright, citrus flavors. Hint of butterscotch, match strike and a glorious round, rich finish. Fantastic!
