콜크를 열면서 코끝을 스치는 향기는 복잡하면서도 단순했다. 여러가지 맛을 가지고 있지만 그것이 좋은 추억을 되살린다는 한가지 목표를 충분히 이루어내고 있었다. 마시기 두시간 전에 콜크를 열어놓았음에도 회식이 끝나가는 3시간 후까지 계속해서 맛이 진화했다. 무겁지 않은 바디감이었지만 쉴새없이 향기를 밀어내는 저력! 고급와인임을 실감케했다.
