A splendid and intense nose of black currant and wet earth. Some secondary aromas there too: smokiness, a bit of oak and roasted coffee beans. The palate is great even upon opening the bottle: red and black fruits + a slight saltiness on the horizontal dimension, a nice acid frame which makes the wine go longer and longer. This is a really good wine and a superb value (13€). Should have bought by dozen
