Crisp sour apple and citrus on the nose, hint of bubble in the first sip followed by soft acidity in the cheek that quickly disappears. Refreshing summer SB, needs a nice view to go with the wine!

Easy drinking and enjoyable, but starting to go a bit flat. Flavors are muted since my last bottle.

White BDX is almost always a value and such a versatile food pairing wine. Initially the Sauvignon Blanc dominates, but with time the Semillon (75%) takes center stage: wet gravel, green papaya, ginger, green melon, grapefruit, green fig, Burt’s Bees lip balm… as the glass warms up, there are even some peach/mango notes coming through and I get more of that mid palate Semillon weight and depth. This wine wants oysters, but also plays well with coconut chicken curry & sticky rice. Such a classic.

Hanson’s wine tasting. Medium acidity. Fruity. Semi-sweet.

Nothing offensive. Nothing distinct. Could be many times and many places.

Golden yellow with a watery rim. Nose of lots of green apple and grass and grapefruit. Acidic and tart. Probably a better food wine than sipper.

Really liked this last year, French and citrusy. A bit milder a year later.
