Creamed sweet corn and pee on the nose. Became tropical and still pee after an hour. Like an island dive bar at lunchtime with cornbread fritters. There is a mineral element that seems dry and chalky or limestone with gravel or something, but it is so quickly enveloped by signature barrel notes that it is very hard to pin down. Like a prepubescent Andre the Giant. Über creamy butter lemon toast explosion on the palate, with a ground white pepper and green pepper whiteflesh finish. Eerie. Feels very rich and admittedly sexually decadent. Which probably says more about me than this wine. Like a creepy person you can't take your eyes off of. Unctuous and perverse.

An absolute oak BOMB, but far from one-dimensional. Apple, pear, a bit of gravel before sweet, buttered corn dominates the palate. This new world, new oak Chard craze is not totally my style, but no denying this is very well made wine with many huge flavors existing all harmoniously.

Nose is dominated with butterscotch and lemons. On the palette, the wine is impressive. It has great poise and balance. Loads of toast and possibly pineapple on the finish - love this stuff!

Well made. Ripe, considerable amount of oak influence, medium + body which is balanced out by medium acid.

Melon, a little toasty. Some oak but not too much. Delicious.

I have many fond memories of this wine and it fits in my sweet spot. Definitely Napa but not overdone.

Pleasant flavors; one of our good dependable Chardonnays; lacks a good finish.

Hints of oak and buttery notes, flavor profile consisting of apricot and lime. Medium plus body and medium plus acidity. Surprisingly good Chard from Napa Valley.
