Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

Firm, tannic, young, rocky, black pepper. Almost meaty. Needs a few months in the bottle. It's a little all over the place, but surprisingly lacking fresh fruit on the palate. Will be interesting for this to develop in the short term. Still a killer value.

This is very different from the other bottle I had. Much more herbal cab flavor and nice tannins. Much less oak. I like it.

Meh. There are better wines for less.

Tastes a little floral

This is delicious. Serve chilled, airate, and drink🕺. From someone who is a mature drinker(meaning the older I get - the more I can’t tolerate cheap, crappy wine)....this is surprisingly drinkable.

Easy with a hint of smoke. Would get again. Didn’t taste fruity.

Nice value wine

Smooth full body Cabernet. Excellent finish. We had it with a filet. No problems with sulfite side effects. Would definitely buy again

A lot of spice and herbs on the nose. Tastes of cool climate cab aged in new oak. Definitely pepper, plum, cocoa on the palate. It’s pretty good and nice that it isn’t a hedonistic fruit bomb.
