Firm, tannic, young, rocky, black pepper. Almost meaty. Needs a few months in the bottle. It's a little all over the place, but surprisingly lacking fresh fruit on the palate. Will be interesting for this to develop in the short term. Still a killer value.

Nov 27th, 2018A lot of spice and herbs on the nose. Tastes of cool climate cab aged in new oak. Definitely pepper, plum, cocoa on the palate. It’s pretty good and nice that it isn’t a hedonistic fruit bomb.
