Soul Of A Lion Adelaida District Red Blend

An impressive wine!

Big boy...need more than time!

Amazing wine from Paso. Bold, powerful aromas of black fruits. Structured tannins.

Amazing smooth tannins

So good. I brought it.

This may be one of the best under represented cabs in all of California! Subtle chocolate on the finish to accentuate a fully integrated tannic structure, gravel, and very subtle black fruit.

Rich full bodied without being over powering. Astringent texture bring forward the flavors. Long light finish. Thin on aroma.

Delicious even with stuffy nose.

Loving this!

This wine was fabulous, dark deep purple, minerals, black pepper, rich dark chocolate, nice long toasted oak finish, don’t miss this one.
