De Forville Barbaresco is basically a comfort wine for me and the “Loreto” just amps up the experience. Versatile for nearly any occasion but always shows best with a meal.

Drinking lighter and less tannic then the 2017, which I preferred. Nose of roses and potpourri. Palate is tart red cherry, roses but lacks the weight and structure of the 2017 vintage.
