An absolutely stunning Chardonnay from Greg Brewer's (now sadly terminated) Diatom label. 1800 bottles of this incredible wine were produced. Like a Grand Cru Chablis on steroids, this wine has layers of flavor combined with incredible precision and a finish that just keeps evolving. At nearly 5 years old, this is easily one of the best Diatom wines that I've had (and I've had them all from the first vintage in 2005 to the last one in 2011). Awesome wine.
