Feb 2nd, 2016Blueberries, black pepper, oak... I wanted to take small sips and gargle with it in my mouth. It has a vanilla or velvety finish that lingers. I'm loving these Crozes-Hermitages. I wish I could categorize this as an everyday wine but I wouldn't be able to eat at this rate.
