A mouthful of lemon juice, green apple and chalk with the only concession to age being a kiss of honey which takes the edge off the acidity somewhat. Serious stuff. I've had some variability in recent bottles but ones like this are just opening up and will cruise at a high level for years. Terrific. The 2007.
