Zesty lemon, fine mineral nose. Very crisp apple with freshly cut citrus, subtle grassy/savory herbs and salty finish that lingers. Faintest hint of oak. Really well balanced with nice balance throughout and cut.

Pale straw. Almond caramel lemon first nose. Touch of oak. Lemon and rind second nose. Low medium reductive Sulfur notes (just opened). Tart lemon, bright acidity in the mouth.
