So weird that @Delectable Wine has this misidentified as a Swiss Gamay. It's a Northern Rhone Viognier. Nice melding of stony minerality and a quiet showing of Viognier florality and tropical fruit. Balance is very nice on this one.

Terrific Viognier with awesome acid. Lovely vigorous minerality and structure. Echoes and whispers of tropical fruit abound but this is about mineral first and foremost. Very very good. So different.

DELECTABLE: this is NOT a Gamay from Switzerland. It's a Viognier from the Northern Rhone.
Nose is a bit shy for a Viognier, but shows a jasmine-scented fruit tropical fruit nose on top of freshly- split stones. Full and minerally in the mouth. Good acids for a Viognier, and a minerally, moderately long finish.

Brilliant. Excellent purity and ripeness. Touch of oak. Very pure. Excellent depth.

Pop and pour. I like my Viognier a little more floral. That being said, this is still a ovely example. On the nose: soft herbs, pollen, maybe soft dried wildflowers. On the palate: good acidity, lovely density, maybe slightly advanced with lemon, dried herbs and cucumber on the palate. Not oxidized, but just lacking lift.

Ht @Lyle Fass Great nose; floral at first, then cucumber mint, then a hint of oak spice. On the palate, a bit flabbier than my prev bottle, but more cucumber and citrus and good body.
