Can you dig it?

Nice minerals and bouquet. The color was totally off: quite yellow.

Very nice medium to full bodied

Appearance: pale straw, clear.
Nose: medium-intensity, youthful, and ripe with butter, apricot, apple.
Taste: effervescent, off-dry, medium-bodied, fresh acidity, low dry tannins with mild notes of apple, mineral, saline, and a medium finish.

Went very nicely with Shrimp, Orzo and olives. Also John Dory with a similar prep. $35, Bleu Olive, Durham NC

Cold steel wiped with juicy orange, lemon, lanolin, and sweet grass, finishing with invigorating salinity. This wine radiates freshness.
