Rustic aromas of turned dirt, purple flowers, fresh herbs, tart and wild berries. Elegant pallet of ripe cherries and red berries, black licorice and leather. Fresh and well balanced acidity. Very pleasant. Thanks for bringing Chris B!

This needs time. When it finally opened up, the aromatics and palate were all that I could ask for. Cherries, mint, savory, almost eucalyptus like. Either decant for 45 min - 2 hrs or give it 3/4 years. Or just let it open in bottle over the course of the evening.
