Amazing. So many flavors in every direction. Great with the amuse through to duck. Vinous but light with great cut. Tiny bubbles and great creamy feel. Wow.

70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay from old vines from Grand Cru Ambonnay. Malo his blocked. Aged in barrels (25% new). Aged over 8 years on the lees. Tiny dosage of 2g/l. Wow. A treat. A bit smokey with lemon, white flowers and baked apple.

Very fruit forward (strawberries and raspberries), but very smooth and crisp! A bit tart, but wonderfully balanced! You may have turned us away from tasting because we were too young or not French, but we’ll still drink your wine!
