On the nose there is black cherry, blackberry, black plum, clove, licorice, cocoa, vanilla, smoke and dark rich earth.
On the palate is black cherry, blackberry, all spice, chocolate, black pepper, violets, charred oak, creamy vanilla, graphite and earth.

Sep 26th, 2020Aged this one for 4 years and it’s paid off. Deep black cherry and an almost mint flavour with tremendous depth.
We’re saving some for tomorrow to see how extra air exposure impacts it.
Update: The day of air was worthwhile leading to a silkier mouthfeel.
